Privacy Policy

Mr. Alex Sunshine is operated by Secret Circus LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you buy tickets, merch, or lessons, book a show, or sign up for our emails, we collect your name, email address, and order or booking details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Our website, hosted by Squarespace, may collect basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, and uses cookies to make the site work.

About kids

Our music is for kids, but this website is for grown ups. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, email us and we'll delete it. For lessons, we only ask a parent or guardian for what we need to schedule and teach, like a first name and age range.

How we use it

To process your order or booking, send show details and updates, and, if you opt in, send our newsletter. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business, like Squarespace, Stripe, and our email provider, and only as needed to do that.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any message. To see, correct, or delete your information, email secretcircusllc@gmail.com.

Updates

We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on this page.
