Refund Policy

We know plans change, especially with little ones. Here's how it works.

Show tickets

Cancel at least 7 days before the show for a full refund, minus payment processing fees. Inside 7 days, tickets are nonrefundable, but you're welcome to give or transfer them to another family. Just email us their name so we can update the guest list.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel a show, you'll get a full refund automatically. If we reschedule, your tickets carry over to the new date, or you can request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

Lessons

Cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. Missed lessons and cancellations inside 24 hours can't be refunded. If we need to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a makeup lesson, your choice.

Merch

Unused, unwashed merch can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll fix it.

Private shows and parties

Private bookings follow the terms in your booking agreement, including any deposit.

How to request a refund

Email secretcircusllc@gmail.com with your name and order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
