These terms apply to mralexsunshine.com and the shows, lessons, and merch offered by Mr. Alex Sunshine, a brand of Secret Circus LLC.
Tickets, lessons, and orders
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Show details, times, and venues may change; we'll notify ticket holders by email. Venues may have their own rules, and you agree to follow them.
Grown ups in charge
Kids are the stars, and a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising their children at shows and lessons.
Conduct
We want every family to have a good time. We may ask anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to leave without a refund.
Photos and video
We may take photos and video at public shows for social media and promotion, focusing on the performance and the crowd. If you'd prefer your family not appear, let us know at the show and we'll leave you out.
Private bookings
Private shows and parties follow the terms in your booking agreement.
Liability
You attend shows and lessons at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, Secret Circus LLC isn't liable for lost items, injuries, or damages arising from attending, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Our content
Songs, recordings, videos, site content, and branding belong to Secret Circus LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
